The Retail Account is designed for merchants who sell goods or services in a retail storefront, are able to see their customers face-to-face, and prefer using point-of-sale (POS) equipment. Using a POS terminal allows a retail merchant to enjoy lower discount rates and transaction fees by processing sales when the card is present. In addition, using a POS terminal allows a retail merchant to accept ATM/debit cards, utilize check guarantee and electronic check acceptance.Retail Account holders also have free access to My Merchant Office, a dedicated website providing Axeus merchants with 24 / 7 access and account services, including:

ATM/Debit* - A convenient way for your customers to pay in which funds are automatically deducted from your customer’s bank account.
Check Guarantee - Automatically warrants the full face value of any approved check.
ECA (Electronic Check Acceptance)**- Converts paper checks into electronic items at the point of sale and not only guarantees these items, but also guarantees they will be automatically deposited into your account - usually within 48 hours.
EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) - An electronic system that allows a recipient to authorize transfer of their government benefits from a Federal account to your account to pay for products purchased.
